We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Some items, such as personal care products or clearance items, may be non-returnable (clearly marked on the product page)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, weโ€™ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. Weโ€™ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

  1. Email us at support@primemart.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our support team will provide a return authorization and instructions

  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
