Once we receive and inspect your returned item, weโll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. Weโll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
